Fundación Adinberri Fundazioa, with tax ID number G75204867 and registered office at Paseo
Miramón, 166, 20014, Donostia, Gipuzkoa (hereinafter, “Adinberri” or the “Company”), is the
organizer of the event “Longevity Forum” and, in compliance with personal data protection
regulations, informs event attendees (hereinafter, the “Data Subject”) of the following conditions
governing the processing of their personal data.

The Data Subject’s personal data will be processed by Adinberri for the following purposes and
on the following legal bases:
- Purpose 1: To process registration for the event “Longevity Forum”:
- The data processed for this purpose are identification and contact
details provided through the registration form, specifically: nombre,
apellidos, dirección de correo electrónico, teléfono. - Legal basis: The Data Subject’s consent given by submitting the
registration form, which constitutes a clear affirmative action for the
processing of the data.

- Purpose 2: To send surveys aimed at assessing the satisfaction of attendees of
the “Longevity Forum” event regarding event management and identifying areas
for improvement:- The data processed for this purpose are identification details, specifically: nombre, apellidos, dirección de correo electrónico, teléfono.
- Legal basis: Adinberri’s legitimate interest in improving the Data Subject’s experience in order to offer higher quality services in the future.
- Purpose 3: Where applicable, to send commercial communications regarding
other services and/or events organized by Adinberri:- The data processed for this purpose are identification details, specifically: nombre, apellidos, dirección de correo electrónico, teléfono.
- Legal basis: The Data Subject’s consent to receive commercial communications, except for commercial communications relating to Adinberri’s own products or services that are similar to those initially contracted, in which case the legal basis shall be Adinberri’s legitimate interest.
- Data Retention Periods
Personal data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were
collected. Once the purpose has been fulfilled, personal data will be deleted once all actions
required to manage and conclude any remaining obligations between the parties have been
completed, including any necessary administrative procedures.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, personal data will be duly blocked, for as long as liabilities
may arise from their processing. In this regard, Adinberri guarantees that data will only be
processed where necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims, or where
required to make the data available to Public Authorities, Courts and Tribunals during the
applicable limitation periods.

Adinberri may disclose personal data to public authorities, regulators or governmental or judicial
bodies where legally required, by applicable regulations or in compliance with regulatory
obligations.
In addition, Adinberri works with certain service providers who may have access to personal
data and who process such data on behalf of and under the instructions of Adinberri in
connection with the provision of services.
No international transfers of personal data are envisaged. - User Rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing,
objection, data portability, as well as withdraw your consent at any time and not be subject to
